About the position
As an HR Generalist you will support in various areas and questions by being the HR-team 's first point of contact for our employees and managers. You will be responsible for securing accurate handling of personnel data - through the entire employment cycle.
The area of responsibility covers both our Swedish and Norwegian organizations, which includes about 400 employees. The majority part of our employees are white collars, but since we recently started warehouse business, this role also includes blue collars and thus two collective agreements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• First point of contact within the HR-team for HR- and Payroll queries from managers and employees.
• Responsible for employment process and the administration around it: employment contract, employee data into global HR-system, employment changes etc.
• Stay updated with current legislation and collective agreements.
• Payroll administration such as: reporting, registration of new employees in our payroll system, company car administration.
• Support to our managers abroad with employees in Sweden.
• Learning & Development support.
• Support in HR-communication.
You will work closely with our HR team consisting of two HR Specialists, Payroll Specialist and HR Manager. You will be reporting to HR Director Scandinavia. As HR Generalist you will have ongoing interaction with managers and employees in Sweden and Norway and, as we are a large international company, you will have some interaction with our international HR colleagues.
In this role you will be placed at our office in Gothenburg. This is a permanent position, and we would like you to join our team as soon as possible.
Your background
We are looking for a new team member with an academic background within HR or Payroll and a few years of experience of Payroll and HR-administration. To succeed in this role, you need to have knowledge and experience of legislation within Payroll and HR. It is an advantage if you have experience from working with both white- and blue-collar collective agreements. Experience from working in the payroll system Agda is a merit.
Since we are an international company, you need to have strong communication skills both in English and Swedish. Since this role also supports our Norwegian organization, it is a plus if you understand Norwegian.
