Nasdaq is looking for a curious HR Generalist that loves structure, excels and thrives in a fast-paced environment!
With this position we offer
As HR Generalist within the EMEA People Strategy and Partnership team, you will have an exciting opportunity to broaden your knowledge within the entire HR field, where you will play a vital role in improving and standardizing our processes, supporting the HR Business Partners, and coordinating and driving projects. The role will include support to all Business units but you will primarily focus on Sweden and the Global Technology business.
You will be a part of a dynamic team consisting of 7 HR Business Partners based in Vilnius, London and Stockholm supporting managers in 18 locations across Europe.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on coordinating processes and projects, provide analytics, and support the HRBP team with various requests and ad-hoc tasks. The key areas you will support the HRBPs will include the HR cycle and include performance management; talent management; learning and development, employee relations, leave management, rewards, and recognition. Additionally, you will:
Ensure business practices are in accordance with human resource policies and employment law
Ensure accurate documentation of employee files, and records
Carry out HR administration and coordinate with Payroll and People Service Center.
Deep dive into statistics and HR analytics
Support in Work Environment Management of the organization
Coordinate projects, for example, continuously updating Employee Handbooks across the EMEA region
Provide consultation of HR policies and procedures
Analyze people data and compile relevant reports to develop HR insights for the business
Work closely and collaborate with the People Team across the organization
Assist in the roll out of company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., Performance Management, Employee Experience, Organizational Changes, Process Improvement, etc.)
Coordinate team activities and events
Coordinate different tasks related to the Covid19 pandemic
We expect you to have
Good knowledge in Swedish labor law
Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish written and spoken
Analytical skills
Curiosity and willingness to develop and learn
Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources/Law/Business Management
It would be great if you have
1-2 years experience in a similar position in an international environment
Proficiency in a HRM system, preferably Workday
Experience or interest in work environment area is a plus
