Who are we?Hazelight is an independently owned game development studio, in March 2018 we released our first title A Way Out on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. We have now embarked on our next creative adventure and are growing our team. Hazelight was founded by acclaimed director Josef Fares in 2014 and is quickly becoming a rising star in the gaming industry. The Hazelight team is around 50 people today, all working in our waterfront office in Stockholm. What's the job?As our new HR Generalist, you will be responsible for administering, coordinating and developing our HR initiatives and processes. We are looking for a candidate who will thrive in a fast-paced office environment, in a young and creative business. Your work will encompass wide ranges of HR such as recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, compensation & benefits as well as supporting management in work environment efforts and day to day HR efforts. Who are you?Passion is a core pillar here at Hazelight and we are looking for the HR Generalist that is as passionate as us about their work, company culture and people, always striving to achieve the very best work place environment possible. You, our new kick-ass HR Generalist, will have a broad experience in the field of HR, preferably from working primarily in smaller, fast-moving office environments. You will work very closely with studio management to further develop and implement our HR efforts. QualificationsRequired:Academic degree within relevant field.3+ years of applicable work experience within HR.Genuine passion for working with employees and proactively solving problems.You have a strong personal drive and work just as well within a team as you do working solo on projects and tasks.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, in Swedish and in English.Good knowledge of Swedish employment law and current HR practices.You have strong integrity, are loyal and have an impeccable ability to maintain confidentiality.Preferable start date is mid-August to early September 2019.In order to apply for this position please send your resume and portfolio in English to
