Axis's headquarters are based in Lund, where our research and development has been situated so far. Over 1800 people are working there with innovative solutions and complex problems, and worldwide we are over 3000 coworkers in total. Our business is successful and we are now expanding with another R&D site in Linköping.
The role will involve a combination of the entrepreneurial, family feeling of the small start-up business as well as the strength and security that comes with the larger, well-established, world-leading company. Of course, all the competent employees in Lund are happy to share their knowledge and support.
AXIS AND OUR BRAND NEW R&D SITE
The focus for our Linköping site will be on software development in general and cloud development in particular. All of us working on the site will have overall responsibility for our projects and be able to move quickly and make our own decisions. We will develop comprehensive overall solutions and systems for managing and analyzing video - the brain in Axis intelligent security solutions. We have just opened the new site and the first enthusiastic team members has recently started working.
Eventually our plan is to be 100 persons at the Linköping office. So, the journey has just begun. We are in for a very exciting build up phase and we are looking for an experienced HR professional to help us grow and excel.
YOUR ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for HR Operations at Axis R&D site in Linköping and establish well-oiled HR procedures with the close cooperation of Axis central HR department. You will work in partnership with managers to align our HR strategy with business strategy supporting business success. Furthermore, you will promote and cultivate a working environment that supports Axis Core Values.
The role is wide and requires skills and interests throughout the full HR spectra. Typical HR areas included are:

HR Coordination/Administration
This role requires regular business travel to Axis HQ in Lund. During the first 6 month we expect traveling to HQ on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in the role it is important that you are self-confident with high integrity and hold the ability to drive your own professional opinion in a constructive way, keeping the business in focus. We believe that you are organized and structured and that you are motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You enjoy building credible and trusted relationships.
Initially there will be a great focus on recruitment and building our employer brand, thus so it is important that you think this is a fun and interesting part of the job.
You have:
University degree in Human Resources Management or related field
At least 5 years general HR experience, working in HR department
Experience from supporting line managers as an HR speaking partner
Experience from working independently
Experience from handling full recruitment processes (recruiting technical positions is extra meriting)
Knowledge and ability to practice Swedish labor code, environment legislation and legal areas connected to Axis employer responsibility. Previous experience from working with Teknikavtalet is desirable.
Very good English skills (written and verbal)
