Play'n GO is continuously growing and improving our employee experience. Due to this growth, we are currently looking for yet another passionate HR Generalist to join our team. You'll work operationally and daily with human resource tasks together with another HR Generalist in Sweden and the global HR team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conducting employee onboarding
• Administrating processes regarding working environment, health and safety
• Administrating processes regarding competence and skill development
• Assist in development and implementation of human resources policy
• Supporting managers in HR related questions
• Performance management - ensuring employees know what and how they can succeed
• Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
• Ad-hoc assistance to the HR team

Requirements:

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
• University degree in HR
