The individual is responsible for supporting and executing activities related to all aspects of the HR field in our Sweden offices and providing a best-in-class experience during all stages of the employee's life cycle with a fun and outgoing personality. Key responsibilities include handling of recruitment processes, implementation of HR policies and procedures and initiatives, handling all HR admin, answering to employee requests, and escalating issues when necessary. This role provides high-quality, timely and efficient HR support to internal stakeholders, providing solutions which fit both the Company's culture and the country's legislative requirements.
Key responsibilities:
• With responsibility for providing a first-class experience in recruitment, you will ensure best practice across the full end-to-end recruiting and on-boarding cycle;
• You will focus on collaboration with Management for the planning of the personnel resources, training, and development initiatives, as well as performance and talent management exercises;
• You will be responsible for the design, coordination and successful execution of recruitment drives, training and development initiatives, handling employee grievances or poor performance discussions with tact and sensitivity and providing feedback to concerned stakeholders in a timely and respectful manner;
• Handle all employee-related administration, including any of the company's HR Information Systems (HRIS), liaising with third party service providers as required;
• Assist with project-based HR initiatives, continuing in our drive towards continual improvement and becoming employer of choice;
• You will closely collaborate with the Company's Head Office to align the HR strategy across the Company's offices in Sweden, namely those in Skövde and Stockholm.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years' experience in HR, ideally within a comparative, dynamic industry;
• A solid working knowledge of Swedish employment law;
• Native level of written and spoken Swedish and excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
• Be ready and able to travel frequently between the Company's offices in Sweden, and intermittently also outside of Sweden;
• Experience and interest in working within a fast paced, multinational company;
• A fun and outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
