Be part of the future of food
You will be responsible for developing and supporting Fazer Retail business and strategy through professional implementation of People strategy in Fazer Retail organization in Sweden and Finland, based on Fazer's People strategy, policies, joint processes and best-practices. You will be a key member of the Fazer Retail Management Team and have a vital role in supporting Retail Business Unit in the organizational and capability development. You will be accountable for the execution of Fazer's joint people processes and practices for Fazer Retail, and ensure efficient local HR operations in Fazer Retail countries (Sweden and Finland).
You will be responsible for competence development in Fazer Retail trough development and execution of training and development programs for different levels in the organization. Your tasks will include development of HR processes, activities and practices that improve the effectiveness of the line organization. In your role you will ensure organizational development, key positions recruitment, engagement development, change management as well as high performance culture development activities within Fazer Retail. Your position will be located in Stockholm, but frequent travels to Finland and in Sweden will be required. You will report to the Managing Director, Fazer Retail Business Unit, and in matrix to SVP HR, Fazer Group.

What you'll bring to the team
We are looking for HR professional with 5-10+ years' experience in leading HR management position, preferably from multiunit organization within retail. A strategic mind-set and a proven track record in versatile HR tasks are required. To be successful in this position you need to have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You have proven track record in capability to drive plans to implementation and execution and you make things happen. You have understanding of local business logic and management of international business. You are passionate about food, service and people. Your customer and result-oriented attitude combined with excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills helps you to succeed in this challenging role. Your proficiency will be based on a suitable Bachelor's level degree and excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Swedish and/or Finnish languages is an asset.
