hela Sverige - Design and implement HR strategies to support both business and HR functional objectives.
• Design and implement efficient HR processes and policies and ensure they are effectively communicated to all employees
• Establishing the annual wheel for HR processes (salary reviews, Performance management process, incentive program administration, conducting employee surveys and linked improvement work etc).
• Effective employee relations; overall engagement and well-being of our employees, safe working environment etc.
• Performance and development review; Create and implement employee development plan Develop job descriptions, career paths and methods for competence mapping
• Leadership development, establish programs for all levels of management, from leading self to senior levels
• Compensation & Benefits; efficient and accurate payroll process, incentive programs, benefit programs
• Ensure an efficient recruitment process and onboarding of new employees
• Employer branding - create a strategy and clear goals for how we attract and retain talent, communicate and interact with potential candidates, Develop our Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
• Company culture - create a clear structure and tangible goals for how we in our everyday working life live our own company values. Ensure compliance with employment law in the respective countries and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Give support in process as well as coach managers in daily HR related topics and help to solve people related business issues
We are looking for an independent person with a team player competency, who has excellent, communication and networking skills. You will need to influence managers and build trust-based relationships and implement and lead change with them. In addition, you need to be flexible, have self-confidence and have hands-on attitude to support the businesses. We are looking for a highly motivated person with a strong inner drive who is used to working collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. As HR Director you 'll pro-actively take part in the decision making in the management team, working closely together with the CEO and other colleagues in the teams and has a personality in line with our core values.
Qualifications
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar HR role in a company with a customer focused culture
• Experience from working in an international and diverse environment supporting a fast growth organization
• Knowledge of employee legislation and market conditions in other countries (Avensia currently has operations in the Nordic countries, the US and the Phillipines)
• Competence in organizational development, organizational design, talent management, coaching, compensation management and the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
• Passion for HR as a driver of business results with proven business acumen, sound judgement and the ability to identify key issues and apply knowledge to drive solutions
• Solid management and leadership experience
• You are passionate about development, change management, leadership and coaching. You are organized, methodical and communicative in a way that benefits the team's working climate and ability to excel.
