Your mission
We are looking for a pro-active and self-driven HR Director to contribute to our growth and success. The position involves both the strategic and operational responsibility for the HR function and you will have a key role in the company's continued development and growth. As HR Director you report to the Chief HR Officer who is currently on maternity leave. In the beginning you will therefore report directly to CEO. You participate in the management team by providing updated information in the HR field on a weekly basis.
This is a broad role that involves all HR disciplines and we will put great emphasis on your personality, ability to work strategically but also that you have an operational approach. As HR Director you will develop and maintain HR strategies that are in line with Truecallers core values, strategy and targets. Company objectives, performance management and company values is on the agenda and you will continue this process.
Your tasks:
• Develop world class employer brand
• Implementing employer branding strategies together with other professionals at Truecaller
• Develop and implement the performance management process and integrate into the culture
• Leading HR related projects through the company to ensure that objectives are reached
• Supporting the management team, managers and employees with HR related issues
• Managing and coaching the HR / Recruitment team which consists of 4 people
• Continuously develop and improve HR processes to support the business
We are searching for someone with at least 10 years of experience from a broad HR role. You have at least 5 years of experience of qualified HR work and experience of fast growing, multicultural business across distributed offices. You have a university or college degree within HR and experience as a teamleader.
As a person, it is important that you are self-driven, solution-oriented and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You have a strong interest in people, a positive attitude and your way of approaching your work is structured yet flexible. It is important that you enjoy the dynamic and variability of a company in growth. Your ambitions are high in delivering results and you strive to develop and enhance both the business and the people in it. Your English is very good written as well as spoken and you are used to working with people across borders.
