Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics provide vital information to our organization to support us in our continuous improvement journey. As the HR Director - Workforce Planning and Analytics you will drive the workforce planning and workforce analytics in GTT. You will work with several HR topics in order to meet the business needs as well as be a key contributor to the HR strategic area 'Agile Organization'. You will drive to meet our future challenges and reviews our way of working in order understand our future workforce size, competence and composition. You will lead the analysis and forecasting of headcount development to support optimization of our workforce and finding solutions where new technology can drive and facilitate the development of an agile organization.
You will report directly to the SVP HR GTT and, as a member in GTT Human Resources management team, you will be part of a global and diverse team of highly skilled professionals who work with passion in order to embrace change to be in the forefront.
Role and Responsibilities
• Lead the development and maintenance of workforce planning (including Job catalogue).
• Secure quality of and analyze HR data in order to understand and present trends as well as suggest actions to support the organization.
• Responsible for analysis and reporting of headcount development and forecasting
• Responsible for development and maintenance of the HR dashboard
• Drive, coordinate and support HR process and projects, in close collaboration with other stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Experience
• Master or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
• Strong analytical, reporting & planning skills
• Drive for continuous improvement
• Structured and organized
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Global mindset and ability to capture the global and local needs
• Excellent language and communication skills in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of the IS / IT systems used within Volvo and a keen interest in keeping up with new IT tools and methods
• Experience of working with SAP
