Description
As an HR Country Representative you will have the opportunity to drive excellence in the delivery of HR services within specific geographical area. Working in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment, the tasks are diverse, challenging and you will be required to deliver results in an independent way.
In this position you will be responsible for labour relations and government relations, local policies, local reward services, reporting and compliance; supporting all organizations based in Nordics. You will work closely with business leaders and different HR stakeholders, especially the HR Service Center delivering core HR services to the geography.
Main responsibilities:
• Providing local support for rewards services.
• Guaranteeing the quality and application of the benefits.
• Driving labour relations strategy and managing relations with unions to secure agreements, effective grievances handling and facilitating annual salary negotiations.
• Implementing and governing applicable local country policies. Proposing and driving modification of employee handbooks.
• Guaranteeing legal compliance of the recruitment process in collaboration with the HR Service Center.
• Managing termination process, especially in cases of reorganization.
• Manage compliance and enforcement of local privacy laws and of Group Policies and Procedures regarding the processing of employee personal data in collaboration with the local management team and the relevant Support Functions.
• Ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation related to Occupation, Health and Safety.
Qualifications
The successful candidate is an HR professional with 5 to 7 years experience in similar roles, possesses strong knowledge in local labour law and experience in reward, and in managing relations with unions, government, and immigration authorities, at least in one of the mentioned geographical area.
You have a track record of proven performance and driving change and have successfully built relationships with internal clients, colleagues, authorities and external partners.
As a person, you possess a high level of integrity and autonomy, superior communication and an ability to collaborate across functions, geographies and levels.
You are able to effectively manage conflicts and crisis. Excellent English and Swedish proficiency is a must.
