Would you like to develop further in labour law and drive excellence in the delivery of HR services?
As a HR Country Representative, with focus on Sweden, you will be responsible for country specific HR support; labour law, government relations, local reward, local policies and occupational health and safety. You will work closely with business leaders and different HR stakeholders and participate in all local HR activities in these areas. HR Service Centre organisations are delivering operational HR services to the region and your successful cooperation with these teams will therefore be of high importance.
This is a temporary position for a year, based in Lund.
Main responsibilities
• Drive labour law support.
• Manage relations with unions.
• Providing support in local reward issues and guaranteeing the quality and application of local benefits.
• Implementing and governing applicable local country policies. Proposing and driving modifications of employee handbooks.
• Manage compliance and enforcement of local privacy laws.
• Ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation related to Occupation Health and Safety.
• Drive continuous improvement activities within the team.
• Taking ownership of incoming requests in our ticket handling system.
Qualifications
The successful candidate is an HR professional with a couple of years experience in a similar role. You possess good knowledge in Swedish labour law and have previous experience in managing relations with unions.
You possess good business understanding, and have successfully built relationships with internal clients, colleagues, authorities and external partners. You possess a high level of integrity and autonomy, willing to take the lead, prioritise and plan. Your communication skills are strong and you are comfortable working across functions and levels. You have a university degree and are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
