Description
Would you like to drive excellence in the delivery of HR services to the Tetra Pak organizations based in Denmark?
As a HR Country Representative you will be responsible for country specific HR support; labour law, government relations, local reward, local policies and occupational health and safety. You will work closely with business leaders and different HR stakeholders and lead all local HR activities in these areas. You will play an important part in implementing our new HR Country Service organisation in Denmark, driving change and improvement activities. An HR Service Center based in Budaors, Hungary is delivering operational HR services to Denmark and your successful cooperation with that team will therefore be of high importance.
We prefer you to be based in Aarhus, Denmark, but location in Lund, Sweden is a possibility.
Main responsibilities
• Delivering labour law expertise.
• Driving labour relations strategy and managing relations with unions.
• Providing support in local reward issues and guaranteeing the quality and application of local benefits.
• Managing local requirements in termination processes.
• ö Implementing and governing applicable local country policies. Proposing and driving modifications of employee handbooks.
• Manage compliance and enforcement of local privacy laws.
• Group Policies and Procedures regarding the processing of employee personal data.
• Ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation related to Occupation Health and Safety.
Qualifications
The successful candidate is an HR professional with several years experience in a similar role. You possess strong knowledge in Danish labour law and have previous
experience in the reward area as well as in managing relations with unions, government, and immigration authorities. You also have the interest in further specialising in these areas.
You have a track record of driving change and have successfully built relationships with internal clients, colleagues, authorities and external partners. You possess a high level of integrity and autonomy, used to taking the lead, prioritising and planning. Your communication skills are strong and you are comfortable working across functions, geographies and levels. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
