At Picadeli we are a group of dedicated colleagues that really and truly believe in our vision: a world where fast-food is the opposite of junk food. As a HR coordinator, you will be responsible for all HR administration. You will also work operationally with working environment, staff manuals, labour law, salary reviews, as well as supporting leaders and employees in daily questions. The mission includes support to all countries where Picadeli is established. You will also run development projects, implementation of HR system, manage our on- and off boarding process and continuously work with improving Picadeli's HR processes.
You will be highly involved in coordinating our yearly business conference, e-learning program and culture strengthening activities. We are proud to be certified by the business development company A Great Place to Work and together with the Head of HR you will continue to develop HR at Picadeli - with the aim to become an even more attractive place to work. Every day we try to foster a workplace culture where our employees feel engaged and motivated. You will report to the Head of HR and you will be placed in Gothenburg.
Profile
You have a genuine interest in people, are business driven, and you are a true believer of the fact that people do matter. You hold, at a minimum, a Bachelor's degree within the relevant field and a couple of years of experience from HR-related work. You have previously worked systematically with work environment questions and you have a basic knowledge of labour law.
You are a fast learner and have a true passion for structure and administration. You have experience of working in IT systems such as recruitment tools and systems for e-signing. It also advantageous if you have worked in InDesign. You create and cultivate relations on all levels, and you are a good communicator, both verbal and written. Your dedication will make people feel good and engaged. You are fluent in English, as this is our corporate language, and you will have regular contact with our local international markets.
