About the position
Perido is looking for a HR Coordinator, or People & Development Coordinator as our client call it. They're a global leader in design, marketing, and distribution of premium clothing. You will work towards the Nordic region with HR tasks and coordinate the payroll. The position is placed in central Stockholm
Your daily tasks
In this position you will have varied workdays with lots of changing and exciting tasks as you give professional HR service to managers and staff, etc. These are your key responsibilities:
Manage the monthly payroll collection process and advise payroll of starters, leavers and any change of details for employees, ensuring the completion of all required documents on a monthly basis
Manage and administrate invoices and contact with HR vendors
Prepare and submit monthly HR reports detailing key activities, data and metrics including open to hire information, labor turnover, employee relations matters
Ensure the correct implementation of all HR policies and procedures by providing accurate and timely guidance to management and staff
Manage the recruitment process for open to hire positions. This will include the identification of key skills and critical success factors, the completion of recruitment authorization documentation, the agreement and selection of the appropriate recruitment channel, liaising with external resourcing partners as required and the identification and short listing of appropriately qualified candidates
Ensure that job descriptions and candidate profiles are in place and that allrecruitment activity is managed within budget and headcount controls
Manage the offer process, ensuring compliance with Company policy, and ensure the provision of contracts and all associated documentation in a timely manner
In partnership with the hiring manager, ensure the delivery of new hire orientation and induction
Coordinate the annual performance management process, incorporating the talent review and salary planning, ensuring that deadlines are met and all information communicated to employees within the specified timelines, once approvals have been received
Contribute to the development of improvements in departmental processes, procedures and reporting.
Manage administrative tasks such as updating the HR database, organization charts, employee records, preparing employee contracts and work certificates as well as any other letter and documents requested by the employees, Employee Handbook
Act as SAP / Workday Superuser; Support the transition and implementation of our new HR system Workday from a Scandinavian view
Support any ad-hoc HR initiative/projects
Other tasks that are part of the role may also be added if necessary.

Requirements
Working experience with exposure to all aspects of human resource management including recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation, and benefits and employee development
Knowledge of Swedish employment law
Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint and familiarity with HRIS systems (SAP Preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English + another Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish)

Meritorious
Experience from working with Danish employment law is a plus

Contract type and hours
Full time. Employment at the client for a temporary position (ca 1 year). Start 1/4.
