Element Logic is looking for a skilled HR coordinator to join our HR team who will report to the HR Business Partner. Element Logic's HR organisation is in an inspiring development phase and is looking for a driven colleague that wants to be part of our growth journey.

The role is based in Lund, Sweden.

As our HR Coordinator, you will have the amazing opportunity of working both locally as well as globally, supporting our global organisation of approx 220 employees across the world and within different areas of HR.

Work tasks

• Administrating documentation connected to the employee, such as employment contracts, HR system updates and other tasks regarding leave applications, time reporting.
• Develop policies and procedures and personnel handbook.
• Support Managers in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding process.
• Give support and solve cases through our ticket system, via phone or face-to-face

• Develop KPIs from the HR system and compile relevant reports to develop the business.
• Be a superuser in our HR system to support the organization as well as the HR team.
• Assist your team as needed.

Competence

• You have a University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field.
• A few years of experience in working in a similar role within a global industry and high-performing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of Swedish labor law.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Very good English and Swedish skills (written and verbal)
• Experience from working in a HRM system.

Even though you work in a sometimes chaotic and demanding surrounding, you have an ability to keep an eye on your goal and embrace change.

In order to succeed in this role, you are proactive, curious and driven in order to get result. Moreover, you are analytical and solution oriented and enjoy interacting with employees and managers at all levels, You are also comfortable with training and guiding others.

You will work together with a strong HR team handling customer in a high pace environment and in a company that grows and it 's important that you like to work in this kind of environment and is open to new ways of working.
