We are now looking for an HRIS Coordinator to temporarily cover for our dear team member who is going on parental leave in March.
This is a temporary position for 1 year, starting from February 1st, 2023.*
How you will make an impact
As an HRIS coordinator, you are a central member of the People Operations team. Your main responsibility is to ensure data is correct/updated and reflects the current organization. In this role you will mainly:
• Work with HR-systems (Bamboo, Office vibe, Learnster, Travel Perk)
• Make sure all employee data and tasks are up to date in HR-systems (including eg. org changes, salary, etc) and manage administration/people data in engagement tool and travel system
• In collaboration with stakeholders continuously improve/digitalize People Operations processes to ensure data accuracy, increase process efficiency and improve the employee/user experience
• Provide internal stakeholders with data/statistics/reports to support informed decisions
• Be a superuser and administrator of the Learning Management System (Learnster), support the organization in how to set up training in the system to support Learning & Development at ES
• Other administrative duties and tasks may be assigned
Who you are
• Experience working with (any) HR software/systems (current systems; Bamboo, Office vibe, Learnster, Travel perk)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with strict attention to detail
• Ability to effectively problem-solve and take initiative to improve workflows/administrative processes and complete assignments and responsibilities
• Service-minded and focused on providing excellent service to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Good judgment to handle access to confidential information and materials with great discretion
