hela Sverige We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator Marine to join our team in Lidköping on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities of the role will include, but not limit to:
• Coordinating and monitoring of seamen certificate processes and requirements as well as employee training & development programs; ensure training plan is maintained and completed, trainings are evaluated and recorded accordingly
• Maintaining marine HR policies and procedures
• Support a wide range of human resources and administrative activities within the department and act as a point of contact and advisor for various operational Marine HR matters
• Assist in developing and work towards HR department goals, objectives and systems
• Liaising closely and continuously with our representative office in Manila, the Philippines, and other internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience from working in an administrative role; experience in shipping industry is an advantage
• A College/University Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Maritime Management or equivalent is an advantage
• Proven administration and coordination skills and able to handle multi-task at the same time in a rapidly-changing environment
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Good time management and prioritizing skills
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English - verbal and written
• Integrity and trustworthiness
• Proficiency in MS Office
