This role will provide professional support in all HR-related issues mainly, but not exclusively, to the SEI Stockholm Centre. The key delivery in this role is to produce, secure and develop HR data and payroll administration to support the overall delivery of the People Agenda for SEI.
The HR coordinator will support the HR team in a broad range of HR areas such as payroll administration, work environment, labour law, collective agreement, equity & diversity and HR controlling.
This role will be responsible for communicating and updating the SEI Stockholm Centre Employee Handbook, be the first point of contact for employees and be an active part in introducing new employees to SEI Stockholm Centre. Provide SEI with accurate HR data and HR reporting and payroll reporting from input to output suitable for the needs of the SEI organization in all HR reporting and administrative processes.
We are looking for a person with a degree in Human Resources (PAO or equal) who is eager to play an active part in developing the SEI People Agenda together with the HR team. You will be part of a team of three HR professionals and you will have a great opportunity to learn the praxis of HR.
As a person, you possess high integrity in all you dealing and you easily build trust. You have an eye for details and an ability to manage data accurately. You find a pleasure of working towards set objectives and enjoy taking full accountability of your work tasks.
SEI is an international organization and uses English as business language. Therefore your knowledge in English, both orally and in writing, need to be fluent. As the role is depending on HR data and systems, it is crucial that you have a high interest in both systems and in numbers. You have a natural curiosity to learn new systems and develop existing ones. Strong knowledge in the Office system is a requirement.
