We are a global tech company with headquarters in Uppsala, and we are looking for a HR coordinator. Our HR Coordinator is someone that takes pride in accuracy and engages in keeping our values, whilst at the same time makes us think in new ways. Your workdays will be a mix of repetitive administrative tasks as well as the possibility to drive your own projects. Your focus will be Uppsala but you should not be surprised if other assignments are added to your to-do-list in order to support our employees around the globe. We appreciate good communication skills as we are convinced it adds another level to a framework of policies, and also brings us closer to both colleagues and customers. You will be part of Operations, reporting to our Chief Operating Officer and taking guidance from corporate on strategies for where we are heading as a company. You will have colleagues in the US, Asia and Europe. We work from a local point of view, but encourage the team members within Operations to impact the global agenda. Operations is a supporting function that together with Finance service our three divisions. The divisions consist of Embedded Development Tools, mainly with staff in Uppsala, Embedded Security Solutions with staff in Cambridge, and Sales & Marketing which is represented at all 14 offices.
