hela Sverige Our client urgently needs to establish an HR controlling function to streamline headcount processes, monitor global organizational changes, and deliver comprehensive reports to management and sub-organizations. Additionally, the role involves preparing aligned materials for regular union meetings, where status updates, deviations, improvement opportunities, and challenges will be discussed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement robust KPIs, OKRs, and metrics to support the People & Culture function.
• Design and maintain standardized reporting templates and systems.
• Conduct regular audits of headcount processes, ensuring standardization across all brands.
• Track and visualize global organizational changes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and various sub-organizations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to guarantee data alignment and accuracy.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to People & Culture metrics.
• Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and processes.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough data analysis.
• Support the development of comprehensive reports and visualizations for both management and union meetings.
Profile Description:
• Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decisions.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of HR systems and data visualization tools, with a particular emphasis on MS Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Communication: Exceptional skills in conveying complex data in a clear and accessible manner.
• Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines simultaneously.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and drive data-focused initiatives.
Assignment Details:
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (combination of onsite and remote work)
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
