Arbetsuppgifter
A client is in need of a HR Consultant who will work in a role as an Inclusion & Belonging Project Manager. You will work in a Recruitment Operations Team. Your colleagues are specialists in the areas of Data & Analytics, Inclusion & Belonging, and Workforce Planning. The team also cooperates with the business, external stakeholders, Talent Acquisition Team, and Workforce Planning. The team oversees the recruitment process, onboarding of new employees, and the workforce planning to predict the hiring needs. You will work at an international level, even though, the Recruitment Operations Team is based in Sweden.

Job Assignments

• Ease training content and build on the already created content for hiring recruiters and managers to guarantee that the hiring process is inclusive
• Carry on with the work in analysis and reporting on diversity metrics to track progress and identify areas of improvement
• Implement on the inclusive hiring strategy in cooperation with stakeholders from within the Talent Acquisition Team
• Associate with internal stakeholders to recognize and prioritize areas of improvement in the recruitment process
• In this role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to apply programs and initiatives
• Lead projects within Talent Acquisition with an inclusion and belonging objective from initiation to completion, securing that the timelines and priorities are met
• Examine data to evaluate the effectiveness of diversity initiatives within TA and identify areas of improvement
• Partner with the Talent Attraction Team to aid the employer branding efforts to expand the candidate pool

Requirements

It is important that you fulfill the following requirements:

• You have a proven record of driving projects within the space of Inclusion & Belonging
• You have a few years' experience within diversity, inclusion and belonging with a focus on talent acquisition
• Expertise about diversity, inclusion and belonging best practices, including knowledge of current laws, regulations and industry trends
• Acknowledge the latest research around the topics of diversity, inclusion, belonging and its impact on hiring
• Remarkable knowledge about unconscious bias and its impact on hiring
• You have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
