Job Summary
The HR Service Center in Sweden is responsible for delivering world class service delivery to our business in Sweden. We are working in a collaborative environment where your key stakeholders are senior management and line managers in Sweden and abroad.

As our new HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be part of a team of highly knowledgeable specialists where you will be given a great opportunity to develop your reward competence. In this role you will be working cross functional within our HR Service Centre together with colleagues from payroll, recruitment and of course, together with mobility specialists to support Tetra Pak's mobile employees on reward related matters.
This is a permanent position that will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will be working in a global setting.
What you will do
Be heavily involved in the Swedish pension and insurance administration.
Support and/or drive local implementations of global reward policies and initiatives, e.g. salary setting, incentive calculations, market analysis etc.
Be the support in managing the local benefits portfolio via our external Benefits Portal.
Yearly Equal Pay Analysis.
Annual Compensation Review.
Drive and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives within HR to help ensure we continue to be productive and deliver a world class service to the Tetra Pak business.
Fluently in English, both verbally and written

We believe you have
To be successful in this position we assume you have a bachelor's degree in HR/Finance or similar, with minimum 5+ years' experience from HR or Finance. As our new colleague, it is required that you have great knowledge and experience from the Swedish pension system and insurance administration. To be successful in the role, you also have hands-on experience from Compensation & Benefits, great Excel skills (presentations, pivot tables, xlookups, etc.) and a data driven mindset. We also appreciate experience from working in an international environment.
You are a person with a passion for both numbers and people. With your curious mindset you see challenges as a source of development. You have a willingness to learn new things and are aware of the external environment, to benchmark underlying trends.
To build and maintain successful relations with senior stakeholders comes natural to you, who are a team player that works collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
