Description
The client is looking for a HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partners, share the HR responsibility of the HR processes with your colleagues and work independently to support your assigned part of the organization where you are a part of the management group. Coach the managers in the area of responsibility to get desired results from core HR processes.
Work tasks:
• Drive the HR agenda for your department and lead the work within one of our core HR processes.
• Challenge and drive action when it comes to strategic workforce planning, organizational design (right size, shape, performance & dynamics), and performance management.
• Bring data and analytics to the table. Put a price tag on challenges and get others involved through engaging communication (storytelling).
• Follow up and take action when the expected result is not achieved.
• Coach and challenge managers in their leadership.
• Consult in change management.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• University degree within Human Resources or similar work experience in a HRBP role 3-5 years
• English and Swedish (oral and written)
