hela Sverige Do you want to join our Human Resources team? We are searching for a new colleague an HR Business Partner within the Partner Business Division area, located in Malmö.
In this position you will have the opportunity to work in close connection with the business in an equally local and international environment. As HR Business Partner you have a key role in the organization and work closely with our managers.
You will be accountable for successfully combining competence as well as business strategies, support in global people processes, as well as jacking the organization in respect of leadership succession, talent, skills, restructuring and of course in every conceivable operational missions. A challenge in this role, as many of the managers are located abroad and do not have knowledge about the Swedish labor law, collective agreements and processes is legal support and consultation.
An absolute requirement of this role is that you have a genuine interest in people and culture. You enjoy having international contacts and an understanding of cultural differences.
Your skills and experience
As our HR Business Partner you need to have extensive experience within the field and a degree Human Resources. Minimum 10 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally with work experience from large international companies. You need to be fluent written and spoken English and Swedish.
To be successful in this position you need initiative and excellent communication skills in combination with enthusiasm and confidence. We also value your genuine interest in people as well as your business mind and ability to make sound decisions. It is equally important that you work well with others and have a modest and respectful attitude to people you work with. Since you will be working with a lot of different people it is important that you have the ability to adapt your communication depending on the situation and are able to see things from different perspectives.
Furthermore, you are people and business oriented and a team player. You should be committed and service minded, enjoying collaboration and have the ability to see the bigger picture as well as understand complexity.
