hela Sverige We are on a mission to improve people's quality of life and Hästens are now looking for a new Human Resource Business Partner for our Global Sales & Marketing organization. As a HRBP you will support the teams in both day-to-day and strategic matters. You will partner with our managers and support our employees.
In this position you will handle a variety of projects for our Retail and Wholesale Sales, and Marketing group. You will be responsible for recruitment and employee relations for your organization all over the globe along with the hiring manager and the Global Lead of People and Talent.
In this role, it is important that you have an international experience and perspective, preferably in retail or sales, and exceptional communication skills in English. As HRBP you need be an active team member, working closely with the rest of the HR group and with department heads and employees.
This position is based in Köping.
Key areas of responsibility
Provide world class recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending best candidates, applicant tracking and on-boarding.Support and provide Human Resources guidance to our Global Sales and Marketing managers including the Head of Global Wholesale, Head of Global Retail and Chief Marketing Officer.Provide support, performance management , development, salary management, and other Human Resources related areas.Have continuous follow-up with our managers to ensure that Human Resources questions are handled professionally and timely.Support with KPI (Key Performance Indicators) regarding headcount, turn over etc.Partner with managers on workforce planning and talent management by providing support on performance management and development.Be a strategical partner with the Head of HR and the Global Lead of People and Talent in helping to develop a world class workplace and People Culture which is driven by Hastens' Blue Check Values and Culture.
Desired Skills, Experience and personality traits We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can be counted on to understand the Vision and Goals of the company and work closely with our internal managers in meeting and exceeding their expectations and goals. We are looking for someone who is able to build long lasting collaborations and relationships internally. We want someone who is highly organized, can combine tasks into effective work flows and get more done in less time. For this position we need someone who is flexible in dealing with change and is cool under pressure.
• 5 years of experience of working as an HRBP internationally.An academic background (Human Resources, Management studies, Law, Economics, Finance or Social Sciences, e.g.).Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.Experience from a global, fast-paced environment.Work as a true team-player.Has a high-performance mindset and is result-driven.Understands HR-processes and development of such.Has solid knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.).
