About the role
HR Business Partner 's purpose is to develop and support all managers to enable them, in accordance with business objectives, to recruit, retain and develop their employees to achieve high performance in adherence with corporate policies, guidelines and local legislation. You will also lead and drive the global HR processes such as performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits etc. according to process cycle and set procedures in own customer segments together with line managers.
Major accountabilities:
* Staffing (entry, exit), Talent and development process (people reviews, development plans according to desired competencies).
* Culture and engagement.
* Compensation and benefits reviews (annual salary review, benchmarking, bonus process).
* Performance management (objective setting, assessment and calibration of ratings).
* Work environment (social and organisational dealings/ issues, employee survey).
* Knowledge in labour law and legislation.
* Organisation reviews to match organisation design to business needs.
* Ensure that appropriate operational disciplines and controls are in place with regards to standardized work processes, practices, external engagements, third party relationships, etc.
* Comply with current legislation as well as with the Company 's Code of Ethics, policies, instructions and procedures issued by the Company as these apply from time to time.
* Responsible for follow-up, development and proposal of improvements within responsible customer segments.
* Ensure understanding of business performance within responsible function.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
* University degree (BS) with HR or Business major preferable or any other relevant education obtaining equivalent competency.
* Fluency in Swedish and English (written and verbally).
* Experience as an HR generalist preferably from an international environment with matrix structure.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong relationship building skills.

The position is on a consultancy basis and the project is expected to run over a period of 12 months. As a consultant, you are employed by Adecco Sweden.
