About the position
Perido is looking for a HR Business Partner to our client, an automobile company who bring mobility technology and solutions to satisfy the global demand for premium electric vehicles. The HR Department consists of 20 co-workers. The position is placed in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely and cooperate with business units within the company. You will work with business leaders and management teams to provide proactive and professional HR support. You can look forward to varying days and work with all sorts of HR processes such as leadership, salary reviews, employee engagement, performance management, etc.
Your characteristics
We are looking for someone with previous experience within HR who is passionate about the role and still curious to learn even more! You thrive when the tempo is high, and you know how to work efficiently without compromising the quality of service. Working organized and structured comes naturally for you. You enjoy partnering together with colleagues, knows how to build strong relationships, and knows how to turn business strategy into concrete goals. Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience from an HRBP role in which you have been supporting managers, business leaders and management teams
Be knowledgeable in Swedish labor law in order to provide advice to managers and leaders
Documented understanding and know-how from labor relations
Experience from working with HR in an international environment
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment until 2024-01-30. Start 2023-04-01.
