We are now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support parts of our Technology function in Eskilstuna.
The primary responsibility of this HR Business Partner role, is to support two management teams in HR related issues that drive business performance and participate in delivering organizational goals. This position will report to the VP Wheel Loaders Product platform but wil also have close interactions with VP Strategy & Architecture and Systems which is the second management team in scope, and VP HR Technology , who is leading the Technology HR Network.
The role includes the full range of HR Business Partner activities like; Recruitment and Succession Planning ,Performance Management, Competence management and Change management, Coaching & Mentoring the leaders ,Support managers in the resolution of employee issues, including liaisons with the trade unions, where appropriate and Implement the worldwide policies and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resource Management.

Required knowledge & experience:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, a related field or equivalent work experience
Senior HR BP experience from a global organization is preferred
Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted initiatives in conjunction with day-to-day activities with minimum supervision
Solid conflict resolution skills which demonstrate confidence in own ability and analyzing data to question and challenge managers and other HR, resulting in sound conclusions thorough knowledge of HR processes and policies
Understand coaching and facilitation principles that help drive transformation and change in the organization
High level of integrity and ethics
