hela Sverige Siemens Healthineers is looking for a new HR Business Partner in Sweden!
As HR Business Partner in Sweden you will be part of a Nordic HR organization and responsible for the business unit in Sweden. You will be part of the management team in Sweden.
A challenging and exciting position
You will be responsible for managing and implementing both strategic and operational HR tasks closely together with our Swedish management team and with your HR colleagues in the rest of the Nordic and Baltic Countries. As HR Business Partner you will contribute to the development and implementation of the company's People Strategy. You will be a key resource and sparring partner for managers in HR-related topics.
Your tasks will include:
• A wide variety of HR related tasks with different levels of complexity, e.g. recruitment, management support, cooperation with representatives of the unions, bargaining agreements and reporting.
• Sparring with line managers about leadership and HR related topics
• Administration in relation to employee cases including labor law
• Actively engaging yourself in the Swedish management team and in the Nordic HR team
Become our new colleague
You hold a masters degree within HR, Psychology, Management, Law or other related fields of study. You are motivated by a close interaction with line management, have good business acumen and an ability to translate business strategies into operational and strategic HR deliveries. You thrive with all HR tasks from "A to Z" and you have experience in delivering a broad variety of HR services.
You are a strong communicator and interact easily with managers and employees at all levels of the organization. As HR Business Partner you must have a natural authority and be confident in your discipline. You work independently and structured and you are a team player. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in working in a Nordic organization.
Professionally, we expect that you:
• Have a relevant professional background which enables you to solve problems and contribute to our business
• Are smart and that you have the ability to analyze and work independently
• Are fluent in Swedish and English. If you have knowledge of one of the other Nordic or Baltic languages it is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Have team spirit

The Swedish organization is part of a Nordic / Baltic organization (NRB) with approximately 550 employees. There are local sales and service offices in all countries of the NRB, so we are close to our customers. In Sweden we are about 170 employees and we have our head office in Stockholm.
