On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for an HR Business Partner for a full-time temporary assignment lasting twelve months.

• change management
• leadership and talent management
• demand management
• employee engagement
• business planning
• manpower forecasting/planning and budget management
• organisation of team effectiveness
• quality and measurement of delivery.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We want you to have significant experience in a senior HR role with an outstanding record of successful professional leadership and change in a global setting. You also have knowledge of employee relations in the US, the UK and Sweden and the ability to design and deliver effective negotiation strategies and consult with unions and staff groups.
As a person you are driven, social and result oriented. You also have strong interpersonal skills and are able to work across different cultural settings. Furthermore, you have a keen business insight and the ability to diagnose critical issues.
