JOB DESCRIPTION
Axis is the global market leader in network video and is very successful. We are growing and our HR department need to strengthen the support to the organization and we are therefore looking for a driven HR Business Partner for our R&D organization.
As HR Business you will be working as an HR generalist and when required also as a specialist within the R&D organization. The position involves being part of the development, implementation, and alignment of the Human Resources strategy with the business plan for the R&D organization.
The specific areas of responsibility are:
Implementation of corporate HR directives and Core Values, Employee Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HR policies and Administration, and Organizational Development.
The tasks include:
• Develop, implement and align Human Resources strategy with both a short-term and long-term perspective
• Be a speaking partner in the development of organization and teams
• Be part of the communication of vision and focus areas
• Provide key leadership and direction to change management initiatives
• Develop and drive succession planning for key positions
• Recommend professional development
• Support in the annual Performance Management Process & provide insight to Managers for development of employees
• Be speaking partner and driver in annual salary review and also for the total compensation/benefit package
• Support managers in the recruitment process
• Participate in and manage HR-related projects assigned by Head of HR Operations
• Be a two-way information channel and spokesperson for the HR department in R&D
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

In order to perform well in this position we believe you have the following background and qualifications:
• A Bachelor degree in Human Resources area
• Fluent in both written and spoken English (English is our company language)
• Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience from working in an international company
• Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to high standards
• Ability to use own initiative as well as work as part of a team to meet deadlines, while completing work of high standards
• Proactive attitude to problem solving and a flexible approach to tackling a wide variety of tasks
• Discretion and ability to deal with confidential matters
• Ability to work in a complex change management environment
