- Single point of contact for employees and managers in the Swedish entity
- Executes HR processes of the entire employee lifecycle and strives for continuous improvement
- Keeps up to date with legal, corporate requirements and executes accordingly
- Responsible for running payroll and maintaining a competitive total rewards system
- Responsible to oversee and steer competence and performance management system locally
- Oversees workforce planning and reporting
- Supports region Europe and Region HR Manager as a specialist for topics in talent acquisition, performance and competence management
- Maintains effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
Your qualifications
- Academic background in Business Administration, HR or equivalent
- Several years of experience in HR management throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Profound knowledge in local employment regulations and maintaining a good relationship with local unions
- Strong business acumen and ability to proactively derive HR initiatives from business requirements
- Proven affinity for working in different levels within the HR services (e.g., administration, operations, HR planning, conceptualization)
- Team Player and enjoys working in virtual and intercultural teams
- Strong personal and social skills to manage stakeholders effectively
- Strong ability to prioritize and to meet deadlines as well as project and change management skills
- Preferably market knowledge in marine and industrial application industry
- Preferably experience in international matrix organization
- Preferably experience in acting as regional or international coordinator for competence, performance and talent management topics
