hela Sverige As a HR Business Partner, you will become a part of Supply Chain HR in Sweden and will work in a team with other HR Business Partners that provide professional support to the Supply Chain organization in Sweden. You can get operational and strategic tasks in parallel. This means, among other things, driving and developing local HR work by implementing our HR processes in, for example, Performance & Talent Management. Questions regarding union relations, labor law, personnel policy, work environment and rehabilitation will also be part of your work. You report to HR Director Supply Chain SE

As a HR Business Partner, you are able to work hard with HR issues, drive and develop our local HR work as well as anchor the HR perspective both operationally and strategically. In other words, you can look forward to an exciting journey with us.
In order to succeed, you need to have
• University degree in HR and experience from similar work with the focus on development of people and organization or experience corresponding to the education requirement.
• Arla is an international organization where you work and run projects in matrix. It is meritorious if you have worked with HR processes within a major international company.
• You preferably have experience in negotiation work and adapting HR processes to local businesses. HR experience in production is also a strong merit.
• We also look forward to your experience of practically applied labor law and negotiation experience with industrial trade unions. As a HR Business Partner, you will be a member of the dairy management team.
• You have good IT skills and administrative skills. Since you will be part of a global organization, you need to be able to speak and write fluently in English and Swedish

Jönköping Dairy is a very modern fresh food dairy which produces over 100 different items. The milk for the dairy comes from the southern part of Sweden and the area is supplied with milk, sour milk and cream of the Arla Ko® brand. About 550 people work here and the dairy is one of Europe's most modern and fresh dairies. You will also support the transport organization which has about 100 employed drivers. This may involve some trips to Jönköping, Ronneby and Linköping
