The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems. Tasks: In this position, your main goal will be to partner with the HVDC business leaders to develop and implement business people strategies. You will be supporting management in the areas of workforce capability planning, organization design, reorganization and competence development. You will be a key HR player in a dynamic business unit consisting of over 800 employees, and the role is a stimulating challenge even for the most seasoned of HR professionals.
Requirements: We are looking for a motivated HR Manager with experience from complex project-based organizations. We expect you to be able to work independently, and to apply established standards to your areas of responsibility. You will frequently instruct and coach other professionals so your social skills must be well-developed. We prefer that you have a university degree in HR or business administration, but will also consider candidates with commensurate work experience. Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
