WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a HR Business Partner, you work in partnership with business leaders and regional HR managers, making sure we have an HR agenda that support the business. You do this by having a great business sense in connection with an outstanding HR competence.
You will be a part of the HR community, supporting problem-solving processes together with other HR colleagues and establishing a good relationship to the business. Your role is also to challenge and coach respective leaders to ensure we conduct business and handle people in an ethical manner that fits our Core Values. You will represent HR in line with our corporate HR strategy but at the same time be open and adapt to regional business needs and cultural differences, just as well as you need to enjoy the operational aspects of the everyday HR life.
This is an international role and to travel to our regions when needed will be considered a natural part of the job.
In this role your key activities will be:
Be a proactive HRBP for the Global Sales regions with focus on: Consult and support the managers in creating a long-term attractive HR plan in line with and supporting their Business strategy. Consult and support the managers in Change Management, Performance management and Succession planning. Together with regional HR managers drive the development of the organization as well as the capabilities of our people to even better support business success. Facilitate and support in Recruitment of managers and specialists. Consult and support the managers in the yearly salary review. Follow up HR statistics for the sales organization and together with the regional HR manager suggest and support improvements. Participate in and manage HR-related projects e.g. evaluating and developing our commission system Being the bearer of our company culture
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a professional and positive team player with a passion for HR and a strong commercial awareness. To be successful you will combine outstanding relationship skills and analytical abilities with a passion for enabling our people to exceed their potential. You need to demonstrate high integrity and rely on core skills such as coaching, influencing, facilitation, communication, change management and critical thinking. You are open-minded and have outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving skills. You are structured, are able to prioritize and demonstrate good judgment.
We believe you have worked in similar roles before and found joy in working on both operational and strategic level and are comfortable with the challenge that this means, to shift the focus and priorities based on the current issue and the needs of the organization. With proven leadership skills, you have experience from working in an international dynamic sales environment supporting growth.
In addition to the above, we believe that you have:
University degree in Human Resources Management or related field 8+ years’ experience from a HR Business Partner/HR manager role including experience of working outside Sweden. Operational experience from all areas of HR work: recruitment, learning and development, performance management, organizational development and culture as well as from establishing and maintaining a HR structure in accordance with local regulations and labor law. Excellent verbal and written skills in English and possible other key languages.
