A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The HRBP C.O. EUROPE develops the people strategy and people management solutions by understanding the business, market, and industry trends. The role also provides insights for future talent needs in order to build organizational and leadership capabilities. This role acts as a change catalyst to realize the long-term people strategy, through being an integral member of business leadership team.
The objective of this position is to deliver upon the strategy by facilitating collaboration, people leadership and expertise in organizational effectiveness, design and development. This role requires an experienced hands-on business partner with proven leadership capabilities as well as a very good business understanding. Driving increased diversity is key strategic and cultural topic, where previous experience in this area is beneficial. The role will partner with the C.O. EUROPE Leadership team and the Global HR Leadership team as well as with the HR function across the group.
The role reports operationally to the SVP C.O. EUROPE and functionally to the CHRO. The HRBP provides leadership and direction to the C.O. EUROPE HR team, as well as indirectly on regional specificities to HRBPs for other employee groups located in the region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic HR leadership as an active member of C.O. EUROPE and the Global HR leadership teams
Understand business context, issues, and challenges to provide long term sustainable solutions and new ways forward
Ensures execution of the people strategy across the business
Transforms the organization and ensure proper execution of the long-term strategy, including driving the digital transformation across the business
Implementation of initiatives, balancing both global and local needs, understand common global frameworks, share best practices, maintain flexibility to meet local needs
Challenges the status quo, champions new initiatives and acts as a catalyst for change that drives continuous improvement in business performance
Drives HR functional excellence and process improvement such as usage of digitalization tools
Grows and develops the HR function within the organization to ensure strong business partnership from HR
Supports roll-out of HR solutions to the business, acting as a champion, engaging stakeholders, challenging and coaching managers


YOU
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills; engages and builds effective relationships across the organization
Proven track-record as a visionary and great people leader
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact on all levels of the organization
Courage to challenge the status quo and operates with the utmost integrity and trust
Applies sound judgment and decision making


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Strong business acumen, understanding how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs
At least 15 years of HR business partner experience, including leading others
Breadth of knowledge on HR practices, procedures, and HR laws and regulations
University degree in business or related field
