Are you an HR professional looking for a diverse and impactful role? Are you enthusiastic about supporting managers and employees while handling a wide variety of HR tasks? NKT is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our team in Alingsås, to cover for one of our HRBPs that will go on maternity leave. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our organization, spearheading our people strategy. This is a temporary position at start but for the right person - NKT is in an expansive phase globally and has many career opportunities in the pipeline. Together, we connect a greener world!
Coach local leaders and support our global processes
As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for delivering full-scale, efficient, HR support, covering the end-to-end employee lifecycle to all stakeholders, managers, and employees alike. Your responsibility involves executing on the HR strategy and plans, adapting them to local needs in accordance with local legislation and business needs. Knowledge in and experience of working with topics related to labour law and collective agreements is crucial for the role.
One of your main task will be to implement and maintain global and local HR processes and policies.
Besides the above your main tasks will be to:
* Facilitate performance and talent processes
* Facilitate leadership development and support
* Support leaders in personnel matters, collective agreements and labour law
* Support headcount planning for the Alingsås site
* Build and maintain the relationship with the Unions together with the Site Management team to provide a collaborative approach
* Carry out recruitment processes
* Actively participate in management meetings
Relationship builder with the ability to influence others
You are a genuine relationship-builder with great communication skills and a positive, collaborative working style. With your extensive planning and organizing skills you ensure priorities are set accordingly and in line with business needs.
You also have:
* Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
* Proficiency in local employment law, including establishing and maintaining relationships with Workers Council
* Good process and project management skills
* Ability to implement change initiatives effectively
* Fluent in Swedish and English
