Job Description
To our client we are now looking for an HR Business Partner! In the role you will partner up with the managers and actively drive the development of leadership capabilities through coaching and education. You will provide the leaders with guidance in day-to-day performance management. The assignment includes working hands-on with employee relations cases and other business cases connected to organizational changes, work environment, work relationships, and talent management. You will be accountable for creating, driving, and integrating elements of the people strategy. You will collaborate closely with all parts of the People & Culture-function to gain insights and initiate new projects. The assignment will include strategic workforce planning and other project management within the HR-field. You will act as a strategic partner in the plant management team.

Salary
Salary as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start 2023-04-01 and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-10-31 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
