As HR Business Partner for Toca Boca and its sister studios in our Digital Games group, you will support fun, quirky and playful organisations full of people who all believe in the power of play. As the group is growing, so is the need for HR support. We're all on a mission of bringing amazing products to our audience of kids all around the world.
What you'll be doing
You'll be part of the Stockholm HR Team as well as the EU HR Team in Spin Master (owners of Toca Boca and the Digital Games group). Together you'll continue working on putting HR structures and policies in place to create a world class people structure for all the Digital Games studios.
You'll support the business by working closely with managers, and keeping a finger on the pulse in order to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
You'll partner with your colleagues in the HR team in dealing with everything that goes into the job - high and low.
The role will evolve as the Digital Games group grows, and so the business areas you support will vary.
Is this you?
You are an experienced HR Business Partner who has been through the various HR cycles during your career. You understand that processes are constantly evolving and you want to help get the best ones in place.
You have experience from working in fast paced product or service companies and you thrive in an open and creative environment. You've probably already been part of both upscaling and downsizing a company, where managing change is part of the job.
You're comfortable managing all aspects of the job - from building processes and structure, to coaching and supporting, and handling complex performance cases. It's all part of supporting the business and its people.
You don't have to be a gamer, but you're curious about the industry and want to be part of our journey of connecting kids all over the world through digital games.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm studio with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You'll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. As we're an international company with over 20 nationalities working here, you need to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
