Are you looking for a new challenge as an HR business partner? Our client offers you to be part of a small HR team and where you will have a wide range of tasks and high responsibility. It's a temporary position starting in August and eight months ahead. The position is full-time and located in Täby and you will report to HR Manager.

As an HR business partner for the Swedish organization with 150 employees you will have a general position and will work with all kinds of HR related questions independently. You will support managers and specialists in the organsation and ensure that Swedish labour law and collective agreements are followed throughout the business. You will also be contact person against the unions. Further on you will maintain and improve swedish policies, procedures and guidelines.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Education, skills and experience:
• graduate och equivalent in HR
• general experience within human resources, knowledge in labour law and collective agreements
• experience from international companies
• good communication skills, fluent in english and swedish verbal as well as written
• preferably working with excel
