We are now looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team at G+D in Stockholm for a 1+ year maternity cover starting in November 2022 at the latest.
Your tasks
We are seeking a driven HR Business Partner to manage the day-to-day operations of all HR activities for G+D Sweden. This is a chance for you who want to further expand and learn, develop and use your hands-on experience in the overall HR area, all this while having a lot of fun along the way! You will work together with the Swedish HR team, consisting of Head of HR and HR Student Assistant.
In your role at G+D you will work with:
Main focus on driving the talent acquisition and employer branding agenda
Consulting and coaching of leaders (leadership development, salary consulting, rehabiliation etc.)
Compensation and benefits (salary mapping, salary review)
Payroll administration and contact person for outsourced payroll partner
Work environment and Union relations
HR Administration (onboarding, offboarding, system super user)

Required qualifications
Knowledge of multiple disciplines within HR
Used to work in Office, incl. Excel.
Degree in HR or equivalent work experience
Experience working with outsourced payroll function
How to impress us
Experience working with collective agreements
You know how to find those rare tech candidates and has a proven record of creative and efficient recruitment skills
If you are highly skilled in Excel that is a big plus for us
Our company language is English so you need to have very good communication skills in English and Swedish - both written and spoken.
