Job Description
Do you have previous experiences within HR and want to develop in an international group? We are now searching for a HR Business Partner who wants to work in a dynamic work environment with opportunities to shape the future of the organisation.
Your contribution to something big
Be an engaged Business Partner to managers and employees within your area of responsibility
Be responsible for processes as recruitments, health & wellness, competence development, salary review, union negotiations
Implement strategic improvements in close collaboration with managers in your area of responsibility
Support national and international cross-site moves of Bosch associates
Key user in HR systems and digitalization focus
Securing conformity to Bosch HR, legal and compliance processes and standards
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Master or bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources
High knowledge within Microsoft Office and easy to navigate in different HR systems
Pro-active personality with a continuous improvement mind-set
Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships
Swedish labour law, experience in collaborations with unions
Communication skills in Swedish and English
