HR Business Partner

Our HR Department needs reinforcement so we are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our great team.
Are you ready to work with strategic and tactical HR tasks together with dedicated, top professional colleagues across our organization and contribute to the HemoCue HR agenda? As HR business partner, you can look forward to having a central role in HemoCue with a huge amount of independence while also having the opportunity to engage with numerous stakeholders across many countries. You will become a member of our HR team and report directly to the Senior HR Director in Ängelholm.
You will have a significant impact in assigned functional areas. You will provide direct support to the managers in those areas and partner with your other HR colleagues to ensure we operate as "one HR" in a matrix organization. As HR Business Partner you advise and take the lead on initiatives to enhance leadership, competence and organizational development to ensure the best possible organizational performance in order to achieve our business goals.
Your primary responsibility and tasks will include
Support the recruitment of key talent for the internal client
Build a strong business relationship with the internal client
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Facilitates OTA process within the function
Proactively support the delivery of HR processes at the client's side
Act as the performance improvement driver and lead positive implementation of new people management initiatives
Identify training needs for assigned function and individual executive coaching needs- participate and facilitate training programs as needed
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the unions as needed/required
Union negotiations, compensation and benefits and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a Master's degree within business, psychology, social science, HRM or equivalent discipline.
The following personal competencies/skills are desired:
7 years of experience as HR partner, management consultant or in a similar position
Solid experience in developing organizations, in an international context
Ability to analyze complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, e.g. organizational design, diversity, performance management, talent management, leadership development and compensation/benefits
Change Management Skills
Strong Business Acumen
Experience with lean principles is a plus
Fluent English in writing and speaking, Swedish skills is a plus
