At Picadeli we are a group of dedicated colleagues that really and truly believe in our vision: a world where fast-food is the opposite of junk food, and because our current HR Business partner star is going to study we are now looking for a person who is eager to join us in continuing the development of the Picadeli staff and leaders. As an HR Business Partner, you will have both strategic and operational responsibility. You will be responsible for working environment, staff manuals, trade union activities, labour law and salary reviews, as well as supporting and coaching managers in their role as leaders. You will also manage some recruitments, handle administration and run some central development projects, as well as securing continued competence in the company, including support to our international organisations.

You will report to the Head of HR and you will be placed in Gothenburg.

You have a genuine interest in people, with focus on both the person and the business, and you are a true believer in the fact that people do matter. You hold, at a minimum, a Bachelor's degree within the relevant field and a couple of years of experience from HR-related work and you have an excellent knowledge of labour law. You are a fast learner and have the ability to plan ahead by working strategically while also having full focus on current operational business.You create and cultivate relations on all levels, and you are a good communicator, both verbal and written. Your dedication will make people feel good and engaged. You are fluent in English, as this is our corporate language, and you will have regular contact with our local international market organisations. Some national and international travel will be on the agenda as well.
