What you will be a part of
Dynamics, a business area of Saab, offers ground combat weapons, missile systems, torpedoes, sensor systems, unmanned underwater vehicles, signature management systems and training systems for armed forces as well as remotely operated vehicles and security systems for the offshore industry and nuclear power plants.
A professional and business oriented HR-work is essential to be able to attract, recruit and develop the right talents for present and future challenges. We have a strong and highly committed HR -team and we now have the opportunity to strengthen this further with an additional HR Business Partner based in Linköping, with extended support to Gamleby.
Your role
We can offer a business oriented HR work, where you work close to the business and the management team of your business unit. You will have the ability to both adopt a strategic perspective as well as perform operational work in most parts of the HR spectrum.
You take initiatives, are communicative and are experienced in coaching managers in their staff responsibilities.
You will be supporting our business in Linköping and Gamleby.
Your skills and experience
Your driving force are to develop organisation, managers and personnel in order to strengthen our capabilities and create results. You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive changes.
You have energy and endurance and are a team-player with good judgement and maturity. With curiosity and lack of prestige you find it easy to cooperate, but are also used to work independently.
You have relevant academic educational background, good experience from senior positions within HR. You are eager to continue to develop and find an employer of choice where you can make a difference. You have a track record of continuous development, and enjoy working close to the business.
This position includes access to classified information, therefore you are required to conduct a security screening in accordance with the Protective Security Act and be approved for security clearance by the authority.
