What you'll do?We are now happy to announce that we are looking for a new HR Business Partner to our awesome HR team in Vårgårda and Sweden. Not only will you be able to participate in our Thursday fika, but you will also work in an exciting and changeable international environment.
Here in Vårgårda we also have our state of the art manufacturing facility, were you will have an important consultative role towards our managers in questions related to our HR processes, such as Employer Branding, recruitment, on-boarding, union relations, salary revision, rehabilitation cases, learning & development, working environment and much more. In other word, the whole HR spectrum!
You will be an active support to our business on site in business- and manager support/development, workforce planning, Change Management, team development and Performance Management. Together with your awesome colleagues at the HR-function you will also drive your own projects for the purpose to develop and streamline the business.
What you'll bringWe believe that you are a person who are seeking new and exciting challenges within HR and Change Management. You already have a solid base knowledge and experience within the HR field and coaching management within manufacturing. But you are now looking for new and thrilling opportunities where you can put your expertise within the field to good use. So why now with us at Veoneer! To be able to take on this new challenge, we believe that you are a person who thrives in an environment of constant learning and discovering new ways of working based on the company's mission, vision and values. You enjoy working independently, driving your own processes and understand your role in the organization and what you're all trying to accomplish together. You are used to work within manufacturing and have long experience within labor laws and union negotiation. In addition, you also have experience working with organizations that has high staffing and shift work.
And as an extra bonus for us, we believe that you are a person who are used to work pro-actively and taking own initiative, building long-term and trustworthy relationships and partnerships within the organization. We believe that with the aid of your excellent communication skills and manager coaching can help us forward to reach the next step within automotive and electronic industrialization.
Level (diploma) required:
• Post-secondary education within Human Resource
Other required skills:
• At least 5-7 years' experience within a broad qualified HR work
• Experience facilitating and holding workshops and trainings'
• Good knowledge in both Swedish and English in written and speech
• Experience within Automotive Manufacturing is highly merited
