What you will be a part of
Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and traffic management systems.
You will be a part of the Business Area HR Team and report to Head of HR. You will also be part of a management team and a member of the Saab HR Community.
In addition, you will be a member of the management team of the Business Unit Sourcing & Production, working very closely together with the VP/ Head of that unit, driving the units growth from the HR perspective. The unit has more than 600 employees incl Consultants, both white collar and blue collar.
Your role
A professional and business oriented HR-work is essential to be able to attract, recruit and develop the right talents for present and future challenges. We have a strong and highly committed HR -team and now we need to replace one position with an HR Business Partner based in Gothenburg.
We can offer a business oriented HR work, where you work close to the business and the management team of your business unit. You will have the ability to both adopt a strategic perspective as well as perform operational work in most parts of the HR spectrum. You take initiatives, are communicative and are experienced in coaching managers in their staff responsibilities.
You will have overall responsibility for HR within Sourcing and Production, and operations are located in both Gothenburg and Järfälla. There is an operational HR in place for support in Järfälla.
Some travelling will be required.
Your skills and experience
Your driving force are to develop organisation, managers and personnel in order to strengthen our capabilities and create results. You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive changes. You have energy and endurance and are a team-player with good judgement and maturity. With curiosity and lack of prestige you find it easy to cooperate, but are also used to work independently.
You have relevant academic educational background, good experience from senior positions within HR. You are eager to continue to develop and find an employer of choice where you can make a difference. You have a track record of continuous development, and enjoy working close to the business. Experience from working with blue-collar will be desirable.
Excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.
