Stena Line's People and Communications team is a big part of this journey, working on a number of exciting projects.

What will you do?
Well, most of our staff work at sea, so we are looking for a HR Business Partner to support parts of our business at sea on all HR-matters. Your main mission is to support and coach the managers in your business units to become true Stena Line-leaders. With the strategic HR business plan in mind, you will drive, influence and advice on all people aspects such as organization change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives. You are also responsible for leadership development in each of your business units.

The role:

* Provide day to day support for managers in operational HR matters, including all investigation and requirement for disciplinary matters, compensation issues and rehabilitation
* Act as a single point of contact for managers in your business units and be part of the management team for each
* Guide, coach and advice managers in employee development, performance, employee relations and HR-issues in line with the company policy
* Hold training sessions for managers and employees

As the go to-person for our onboard managers in your business units, you have the opportunity to make change happen. Are you up for the challenge?

Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We are looking for someone with a can-do mind-set that has a lot of drive and energy for improvements and change. You are able to deal with the typical issues when it comes to working with employees and are not afraid of challenging managers to think outside the box. One of your favorite areas is leadership development, and you are motivated by strengthening managers through coaching them in their daily work. You have a passion for working with people and to see them grow, as well as working close to the operation.

As a person you are mature, persistent and have a high integrity. You are always perceived as a professional and have both a people- and business oriented mindset. Being your trustworthy self, motivating others and establishing good relationships will get you noticed.

The must-have's:

* Bachelor degree or equivalent within HR
* At least five years of experience from working as a HR Business Partner or similar HR-role, preferable from a matrix organization with operational focus
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, and experienced user of MS Office
