Purpose

As KRYs very first HR Business Partner you will be a member of the HR team and a key player in making sure KRY attract, retain and develop brilliant employees and teams. You will be the go to person for our managers, making sure they reach their objectives by developing their leadership capabilities and help them in turn develop their teams. F

You are proactively and constantly looking to improve our people processes and tools. You are curious about culture initiatives, team building activities and ways of improving our communication and collaboration. But not only do you collect ideas, you actually dare to try them out. You challenge the traditional ways of doing HR and try to beinnovate and creative to get maximum impact.

As a HR BP you will work across teams and geographies to start with, and report to the Head of HR. You will be based in KRY headquarters in central Stockholm, Sweden.

What you want to do

• Partner with our managers and proactively and in an innovative way help them develop and grow teams and individuals, making sure we attract, retain and grow talent aligned with KRY values and vision, this includes:- Manage People Analytics to improve performance, retention and engagement

• Develop Learning & Development initiatives
• Help build hiring plan in partnership with manager andrecruiter
• Support Managers with Performance Management, development plans and advise on HR matters when needed

• Develop an innovative, agile and exciting Learning & Development strategy for KRY and implement processes and tools related
• Act as Project Manager from HR area in organizational and/or change projects
• Constantly iterate and improve HR lifecycle processes in close collaboration with HR team
• Be super user of HR information system, making sure we have the right reports and insights required for improving strategy and operations

Who you are

• First and most of all you are passionate about people. And leadership. And you are curious and eager to constantly learn more. You have stacks of new leadership books next to your bed. You follow people thought leaders on social media, you listen to inspiring leaders in podcasts and articles and you are always on the lookout for new ways of developing people and teams. You have a list of ideas to implement on how to improve performance and engagement in an organization.
• You are positive and pragmatic and you care less about processes and more about the results
• You love change and trying new things and are comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone.
• You have great communication skills, fluent in English and preferably at least one other European language
• You are a doer, a self-starter with a creative mind and track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing the results
• You have integrity

What you have done

• You have at least 8+ years of experience working in HR, having worked across most HR areas, with proven track record of delivering great HR value to the organization
• You have built your own network and tools of HR experts, insights, processes and tools
• You have experience of working with leadership development
• You have worked in an international environment
• You have a clear business focus and understand how to align people strategies and processes with the priorities of the business
